VISION™ Calibration and Data Acquisition Software

VISION is an integrated calibration and data acquisition tool that collect signals from the ECU and external sources, measures relationships between inputs and outputs, enables real-time calibration and modification to closed loop control systems, time aligns and analyzes all information, manages calibration data changes and programs the ECU. VISION performance is significantly enhanced by the faster data rates provided by a direct Nexus standard connection to the ECU.

A7 Serial Interface Module

For those ECU's controlled by a microprocessor equipped with a Nexus 5001 compliant debug port, the A7 offers a direct connection to the debug port providing fast communication for VISION Software calibration tools. The A7 enables data acquisition, calibration and flashing functionality at rates significantly higher than CAN communications to the Microcontroller. The A7 runs independently of the microcontroller allowing modification of ECU memory without interrupting the microcontroller. No additional hardware is required.
